Allison Price (she/her/hers) is a director with a focus on works that are intimate and have a bite; with a specialization in OPERA, new work development, queer performance, and performance exploring the female voice. Recent credits include Cendrillon (Jules Massenet), Il giuoco del quadriglio (Antonio Caldara), Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead,Daddy Long Legs, How I Learned to Drive, What We Scream Underwater When No One Can Hear Us, and All Saints. Directing fellowships include the Kennedy Center MFA Playwrights Intensive and WildWind New Play Lab where she has helped to develop new plays such as P O L A R I S, On Every Link a Heart Does Dangle, and The Book of Mountains and Seas. International credits include the opera Il Giuoco del quadriglio with the Vocal Academy of Orvieto (Orvieto, Italy) and Pygmalion with Smock Alley (Dublin, Ireland).
